Thanks to our flatmates Alysia (US) and Emma (Ireland), we had a fabulous dinner last Saturday.
Started with red wine and mojito (rum-based cocktail with lime), we enjoyed roast turkey, mush potatoes, spinach with creme fraiche, cheesecake, and pecan pie!
Everyone said something that they were thankful for. Jeev and Theo thanked for Emma's hand-made mojito. Emma appreciated that Reza went to Tesco to get the gravy. Mari was happy as people keep their daily routine; garbage disposal.
アリシア（米）とエマ（アイルランド）が感謝祭のディナーをご馳走してくれました。私を含め、他のフラットメイトは非英語圏出身者なので、感謝祭の習慣がないこともあり、彼女たちがせっせといろいろ作ってくれました☆
まずは、赤ワインとモヒートのカクテルで乾杯。テーブルには七面鳥、マッシュポテト、ほうれん草のクリーム煮などなど、そしてデザートにはチーズケーキとピーカンパイ！
お約束ということで、一人ひとり感謝したいことを一言。ジーブ（印）とセオ（ギリシア）はハンドメイドの美味なモヒートに、エマはグレイビーソースを買いに走ってくれたレザ（イラン）に（でも間違ったソースを買ってきた…）、そして真理（日本）は（今のところ、かろうじて）みんながゴミ捨て当番をサボらないことに、深く感謝しました。
