Responding to the media, US Defense Secreatary Donald Rumsfeld justified American troops: "We know that 99.9 percent of our forces conduct themselves in an exemplary manner. We also know that in conflicts things that shouldn't happen do happen."
This remark is too interesting to ignore, but I'll come back later to have some chats about this Rumsfeld's comment. I have to finish some reading first for my Literature Review... sniff, sniff.
